Road Trip Five

I have a playlist that I maintain for road trips with my family. Here are five songs from that playlist.

1. Fantastic Plastic Machine, "You Must Learn All Night Long" (1998): Solid pick from Mrs. Trott.
2. They Might Be Giants, "Synopsis For Latecomers" (2021): It's hard to choose just one excellent TMBG road trip song, but this is the one we've settled on for now, narrowly edging out "Birdhouse In Your Soul".
3. "Weird" Al Yankovic, "Tacky" (2014): I'm unaware of anyone who doesn't like "Weird" Al, but if such people exist, I'm probably glad I don't know them.
4. William Martin, "Do-Dilly-Do (A Friend Like You)" (2019): An excellent soundtrack number from William Martin of the excellent band The Walkmen.
5. Ejae, Audrey Nuna, Rei Ami, "Golden" (2025): You didn't think this family road trip was going to escape the influence of KPop Demon Hunters, did you?
