N.B.

Posted by Trott

I'll be in the NJ/NY/PA area November 21 through November 28. And I want to play a show while I'm there. Someone please set something up for me somewhere.

Please.

Thank you.

(N.B.: There is a "Contact Us" link over there on the right side of the PalaceFamilySteakHouse.Com site.)

(N.B.: No, I'm not asking for a show at CBGB. Yes, I know it's closing this month. Your local dive bar, art gallery, pizza parlor, laundromat, or vacant warehouse will be just fine, thanks.)

PFSH hero and $12.95 Essay Contest winner Will Crain has a review of the film American Hardcore in the San Francisco Chronicle.

(N.B.: Be sure to read his advisory at the bottom of the review.)

Oh, look, you can buy PFSH tracks in iTunes or listen to them in Rhapsody.

(N.B.: You can also buy the CD online.)

PP feels stupid because she doesn't know what N.B. means. Also, I could set you up to play at my Uncle Boris's garage in Queens for Thanksgiving. I can try to guarantee you a fine slice of soy gefilte fish with your tofurkey.

Commenting on blogs is more fun that I thought.

I walked by this place last night - "here's to the arts" in maplewood. This guy had an audience of about 5. But here is the info if you want to call:

Rebecca,

Will you steak dance if the show is in Maplewood?

OK, Rebecca, I've sent 'em an email. It does look like it's more of an acoustic-music type place, judging from the Web site. Is that right?

No longer relevant, but they have a hell of a loud sound system. Thanks for the invite though. With any gig, it would depend on the timing since I have to get my little steakette to bed first.
