Mission district residents: When did entire blocks in the Mission start smelling like pee? I remember frequently smelling pee on the streets when I lived in the Mission. But it was little patches here and there. Tonight, the entire two-block walk between my car's parking space and my actual destination was dominated by a powerful urine stench.
